A Conroe floor coating crew that starts with the concrete

Conroe Epoxy installs epoxy, polyaspartic, flake, and metallic floor coatings for homes and businesses across Montgomery County and North Houston. We are a local, owner-operated company, and our whole process is built around one belief: the slab matters more than the color.

Our approach

We treat a floor as a system, not a paint job

Most failed garage floors around here are not the fault of the coating brand. They fail because the slab was never ground open, the cracks were never bridged, or moisture was never measured. A coating applied over a dusty or wet slab is a coating waiting to peel.

So we work in a fixed order: evaluate and test, diamond-grind to open the concrete profile, repair cracks and joints, apply the correct base for the slab, then broadcast the finish and seal it with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Skip a step and the whole system is compromised; do them all and the floor holds up to Texas heat, humidity, and hot tires.

We are local to the Conroe area, which means we know how slabs here behave — the expansive clay that opens cracks as it moves, the Gulf humidity that drives moisture vapor, and the UV that yellows cheap clear coats within a season.

How we work

01

Prep decides everything

The coating is only as good as the concrete under it. We grind, repair, and moisture-test before we discuss color, because no finish survives a slab that was not prepared.

02

Specify for the space

A rental garage, a working shop, a salon, and a patio all need different systems. We match the base, finish, and topcoat to how the floor will actually be used.

03

Quote in writing, on site

We do not price floors from a photo. An estimate means someone stood on the slab, measured it, and put the scope and the number in writing.

04

Say no when it is honest

If a slab has active moisture, structural movement, or a failed coating that needs removal first, we tell you before you spend money on a finish that will not hold.
